Overview

Driving Iterative Design

Over the course of 8 months, I led the product design of an NFT analytical tool, taking the product from MVP to a full-fledged platform. The focus was on iterative development, incorporating user feedback, and building a robust design system.

What I did

Product Iterations

The product evolved through several iterations, with each version improving based on direct user feedback.

1.MVP (Initial stage)

Core features like basic NFT tracking and simple dashboards.

Introduced after early user feedback (e.g., needed more granular data or customization).

2.Advanced Filter
(new feature)

Expanded features based on feedback (added filtering, better data visualization, Nav)

Design tweaks to improve user flow and reduce complexity for beginners.
